SHIPPING | AUSTRALIA

• Luxe Collective Official ships via Australia Express Post or DHL Express for Australian orders.
• All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is attended between 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. In the case that no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery card will be left.
• Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
• Melbourne Same Day Delivery: Upon request, a same-day delivery service is available to Melbourne metropolitan residents for a flat-fee of $20 (AUD) for orders placed before midday (AEST).
• Due to our decision to limit stock quantities, please note availability of products is not always guaranteed.
• Ownership and risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.
• Standard shipping is via current Express post facilities and costs via Australia Post.

SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL

• We ship via DHL Express or Australia Post. A shipping fee may be on-charged.
• Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-10 business days from the order date, depending on your location.
• All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is attended between 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. In the case that no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery card will be left with a DHL contact number. DHL International will re-deliver your order the following business day (International orders only).
• Luxe Collective Official does not deliver to PO Box addresses. We will contact you for an alternate delivery address if an order is submitted with such an address.
• Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
• A customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Luxe Collective Official is not responsible for payment of this duty.
• Ownership and risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.
